工业文化与唐山城市精神的凝练

摘　　要：城市精神是指城市在特定的发展环境中,基于自身独有的特质与经历而生发出的城市灵魂,是对一座城市的历史传统、文化底蕴、发展特征、时代风貌、价值追求的概括。唐山是一座随着中国近代化的起步而发展起来的工业城市,工业是这座城市发展的主脉。一个多世纪以来,伴随着近代工业的初创和发展,以及社会主义工业化和改革开放的进程,唐山孕育出鲜明而独特的工业文化,并由此而凝练出了具有典型工业特质的唐山城市精神,即通达、务实、坚毅、超越。The spirit of the city is the soul of the city which is based on its particular character and experience. And the outline includes its historical tradition, cultural information, developmental characteristics, features of times and value seeking. Tangshan is a rising industrial city following the step of Chinese modernization, whose industrial property is its essence. Over a century, Tangshan has formed strikingly industrial culture along with modem industrial creation and development, socialist industrialization as well as the course of reform and opening. Because of industrial property, the spirit of Tangshan city is characterized by understanding each other and occupying significance of economic and traffic roles, dealing with concrete matters relating to actual conditions, possessing persistence and inflexible will, surpassing oneself and the others.
