摘  要:钼酸铵分光光度法是测定水环境中磷浓度的常用方法,对其实验方法进行改进,使其更方便、更快捷地应用在各个研究领域。在深入分析影响测量准确度的多种因素的基础上,对显色时间跨度、最佳工作波长和样品pH值范围等进行了研究。研究结果表明,选择吸光度出现峰值时的波长为工作波长,在磷钼蓝稳定显色期间测定吸光度可保证测定结果的准确性,比如20℃时稳定显色的时间跨度为5~25min,最佳工作波长为710nm。测定正磷酸盐溶液磷浓度时不需消解,正磷酸盐溶液pH在3~11范围内不影响显色反应,不会影响磷浓度的测定。The ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method is the most commonly used for determination of phosphorus concentration in water environment. The modification of method will make it more widely appli- cation in the research field. Deeply analysis of the impact factors for determination of phosphorus concentration is made, and the time span for measuring, the optimum working wavelength and the pH range of water sam- ples are studied. The results show that the wavelength of peak absorbance such as 710nm is regarded as the operating wavelength, and the time span for measuring is from 5 to 25 minutes at 20℃ temperature during the experiment. In addition, the pH value ranges from 3 to 11, which does not affect the phosphate solution, does not affect the determination of phosphorus concentration.
