摘　　要：提出基于多Agent的设备信息个性化服务系统。系统具有主动搜集、监视、维护、更新信息的功能,还可不断学习用户知识,包括用户感兴趣的设备信息、用户的使用习惯等,并能运用这些知识来为用户提供个性化的设备信息服务。由于设备种类、型号、厂家、供应商以及维修服务等品目繁多,在设备的选购、维护、更新等方面会给用户带来许多困扰。基于多Agent的设备信息个性化服务系统能够较好解决这些问题。This paper puts forward an equipment information personalized service system based on multi-agent. This system has the active ability to collect, monitor, maintain and update information. It also can progres- sively study and absorb users＇ personal knowledge, including the user＇s interested information, habits, etc. , and use this knowledge to provide personalized equipment information service. Thus, users can find a good so- lution for the perplexity and difficulty of equipment selection, purchase, maintenance, replacement, etc. , which is resulted from great variety and multitude items about the equipment＇ types, models, manufactures, suppliers, maintaining and service agents.
