摘　　要：企业的公民角色能有效推动企业行为优化并实现企业多元化价值再造。本文试图突破企业社会责任和企业价值的研究边界,从伦理边界扩展的视角对企业包容性增长的动态过程进行了描述,探索企业公民行为影响企业多元化价值再造的有效路径,对我国企业公民行为与包容性增长之间的关系进行了较为深入的研究和探讨。The role of corporate citizenship could effectively improve the corporate behavior opti-mization and diversified value recreation. In this paper, I try to break through the research bounda-ry of corporate social responsibility and enterprise value. Based on the perspective of ethical bound- aries extension, I make explanation about the dynamic process of enterprise＇s inclusiveness growth, and then explore an effective path of corporate citizen behavior＇s impact on the enterprise diversified value recreation. And I also make a deep research and discussion on the relationship between corpo-rate citizen behavior and inclusive growth.
