摘 要:水沙优化调度具有多目标、高维、非线性和难以求解的特点,在统筹考虑泥沙淤积、发电量目标和优化调度决策变量的基础上,建立水库水沙多目标优化调度模型,采用全局搜索能力和收敛性较强的鲶鱼效应粒子群算法求解。该模型较好的整合了模型中的目标和待优化决策变量,为水沙优化调度模型研究提供了一个新的途径,所提出的算法克服了粒子群容易陷入局部最优的缺点,可以有效的处理维数灾和复杂约束问题。实例研究表明,在给定的泥沙淤积量阀值和考虑汛期排沙的条件下,针对来水来沙情势有目的提前蓄水可以很好的解决发电和排沙减淤的矛盾,同时也验证了模型及算法的有效性和通用性。In this study, a multi-objective decision-making model was developed for optimal coordinative operation of water and sediment in reservoir, with a comprehensive consideration of the objective and decision variables to overcome the difficulties related to multi-objectives, multi-dimensions and non-linearity etc. It was solved by a catfish effect particle swarm optimization algorithm (CE-PSO) of better global searching capability and faster convergence. It integrates the objectives and decision variables in a new way for solution of the problem, and its algorithm overcomes the fault of particle swarm trapped easily into local optimum, so that dimension disaster and complex constraints can be effectively simulated. Case studies reveal that under a given constraint on sediment deposition in the reservoir, impoundment of water in advance on purpose would be a good solution to the conflict between power generation and sedimentation reduction, if sediment regulation in flood period is allowed. These calculations also verified the validity and universality of the new model developed in this work.
