摘 要:总结了球磨机的机理,介绍了国内外磨机规格的发展趋势,总结了介质充填率对磨矿过程的影响,论述了磨机衬板对磨机的工作形式、效率、产量、能耗、钢耗、噪声及磨矿产品粒度所产生的影响,阐述了磨矿介质的材质成分对磨机的使用效果和选厂经济效益的直接影响,分析了不同的介质形状对矿物粒度的影响,为选择性磨矿提供了可能,完善磨矿分级,优化磨矿分级生产过程,提高生产效率,从而降低单位生产成本,达到节能降耗的目的。本文就上述问题结合磨矿原理进行分析和论述。This paper summarizes the mechanism of mill, and introduces domestic and international development trend of milling machine specifications, and summarizes the influence on grinding process of filling rate, and dis-cusses the impact of mill liner on grinding machine work form, efficiency, productivity, energy consumption, steel consumption, noise and particle size of the grinding product, and narrates the direct effect for material composition of grinding media on effect of mill and economic benefits of concentrator, and analyzes the different medium shape on the influence of the mineral grain size to provide the possibility of selective grinding, and by improving grinding classification and optimizing grinding and classification process can increase production efficiency to reduce unit pro-duction costs and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reducing. This paper analyses and discusses the above questions combined with grinding principle.
