摘 要:采用延迟焦化结构导向集总模型考察了原料饱和分质量分数、环烃芳香分质量分数、稠环芳香分质量分数、硫质量分数、Ni和V总质量分数、nH/nC、残炭、密度和芳碳率对延迟焦化产物分布的影响。结果表明,延迟焦化产物中焦炭含量与原料残炭值之间具有良好的线性关系;原料芳香分中环烃芳香分和稠环芳香分对延迟焦化产物分布的影响不同;原料硫含量对延迟焦化产物分布影响不大,主要影响产物的性质。The effects of the mass fractions of saturates, cyclic hydrocarbon aromatics, condensed aromatics, sulfide, nickel and vanadium in raw material, and nH/nc, carbon residue, density and aromatic carbon ratio of the raw material on the product distribution of delayed coking were analyzed by delayed coking structure oriented lumping model. The results showed that there was a good relationship between carbon residue value of raw material and coke content in product of delayed coking. The effects of the amounts of cyclic aromatics and condensed aromatics in raw material on the product distribution of delayed coking were different. There was less effect of sulfur content in raw material on the product distribution, more effect on the properties of the product of delayed coking.
