载脂蛋白E在血栓相关性疾病及恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘　　要：载脂蛋白E是正常人血浆脂蛋白的重要成分,在参与脂质的转运、储存、利用及排泄中发挥重要作用。研究表明,载脂蛋白E的基因多态性与多种血栓相关疾病有密切关系,包括冠心病、糖尿病肾病、阿尔茨海默病等,同时载脂蛋白E作为一种与细胞增殖相关蛋白,其与恶性肿瘤的关系也成为目前研究的热点,本文就载脂蛋白E在上述领域中的研究进展做一综述。Apolipoprotein E, an important component in normal human plasma lipoproteins, plays an important role in lipid transport, storage, use and excretion. Studies have shown that apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism is associated with a va- riety of thrombosis - related diseases, including coronary heart disease, diabetic nephropathies, Alzheimer＇s disease and so on. Being a cell -proliferation -related protein, apolipoprotein E is closely associated with malignant tumors, which has become a focus of current researches. This paper reviews the research progress in apolipoprotein E in the above fields.
