摘　　要：2007年6月,教育部正式启动了"国家大学生创新性实验计划"。该论文以作者指导学生申请并完成国家大学生创新性实验计划的亲身体会,就如何提高学生创新能力和实验技能总结了一些可行的经验,并对如何扩大实施范围提出了新的思路。In June 2007, Chinese Ministry of Education formally started ＂National Undergraduate Innovative Training Program＂. Some viable experiences are put forward to improve students＇ innovation ability and experimental skill based on author＇ s experience of supervising medical students in National Undergraduate Innovative Training Program. Some new ideas are also put forward to promote more students participate in this program.
