摘　　要：无居民海岛的可持续发展是社会经济可持续发展的重要战略依托。由于无居民海岛的特殊生态基础,其可持续开发利用受到环境、经济、制度和技术等因素的制约,开发利用模式应实现资源效益、经济效益、社会效益及生态效益等统一的循环机制,以达到拓展地方经济发展空间的目的。The sustainable development of the non-residents islands is important strategic side of the sustainable development of society and economy. With the special ecological basis of the non-residents islands,the sustainable development requirements and goals can be realized by comprehensively exploring and utilizing the natural resources and making good use of the institutions and technology appropriately.
