蓝海战略视域下地方本科医学院校发展的思考

摘　　要：地方本科医学院校是指那些独立建制的名称为医学(药学)院的本科高等学校,近些年这些学校除了传统的医药学专业外,大都新增设了一些非医学的专业,学校的综合性在加强,但由于医学(药学)院本身的单科性,使得这些高校的发展路子不明确,逐步在丧失特色,面临着发展的困局。文章试图以济宁医学院为例以蓝海战略的视角分析地方本科医学院的发展之路。undergraduate medical schools refer to the independent institution of undergraduate colleges whose names ale medical （phar-maceutical） colleges. Except to traditional medicine majors, in recent years, most of these schools have offered some non-medical majors to strengthen their comprehensiveness, however, due to the singleness of subject, they are in a dilemma, .so that the future, of medical （pharma-ceutical） colleges is not clear, and they gradually lose their characceristics. With an example from Jining Medical College, this paper attempts to analyze the development of the local undergraduate medical school according to the idea of the Blue Ocean Strategy.
