摘　　要：文章通过对电影《泰坦尼克号》中的台词进行解读,分析了电影台词中故意打破或违反合作原则的对话片段,解读了其背后所蕴含的特殊会话含义,从语用学及心理学的角度对《泰坦尼克号》进行新的诠释,帮助语言学学习爱好者更好的理解英文电影掌握人物个性及心理特征。This article conducts detaied analysis of some lines in the movie TITANIC through the use of Grice＇s Cooperative Principle. By analysing the special converstional implication of some dialogues which deliberately break or in violation of the principles of cooperation, the new interpretation of the movie TITANIC will be easily understood by the language learners. Meanwhile,the language learners will have a better and comprehensive understanding of the character personalities and psychological characteristics.
