西部产业结构与就业结构调整互动研究

摘　　要：中国西部地区1997—2010年产业结构和就业结构调整互动符合配第—克拉克定理和库兹涅茨法则。从就业结构对产业结构的影响关系看:第一产业还有大量富裕劳动力急需转出,第二产业将来吸纳劳动力潜力较大,第三产业未来吸纳劳动力空间有限。将来要继续优化第一产业产业结构;努力挖掘第二产业;大力发展生产性服务业;加大财政支持力度,鼓励创新,努力发展战略性新兴产业。In the western region, the adjustment interaction of industry structure and employment structure from 1997 to 2010 is in line with the Clark Theorem and Kuznets Law. The impact on the industrial structure by employment structure revealss that the first industry has a great deal of labor force to be transferred out, the second industry has much potential to absorb labor force in the future, while the third industry has limited capability to absorb labor force. We will continue to optimize the first industry structure, make the most of the second industry, develop production services in a large scale to offer new jobs, encourage innovation, and seek to develop strategic new industries.
