木棉/棉混纺纱浆料配方研究

摘　　要：根据木棉/棉混纺纱线性能,制定出3种浆料配方并对浆液及浆膜性能进行测试分析.将3种浆料配方用于木棉/棉混纺纱线的浆纱实验,并测定不同配方浆纱的各项性能,从而得出适合木棉/棉混纺纱浆料配方为PVA1799(-30%),JS-2变性PVA(-20%),FZ-2变性淀粉(-50%).According to the properties of kapok/cotton fiber blended yarn, three kinds of sizing formula were determined. Sizing liquors and sizing film were analysed. Three kinds of sizing formula were used to sizing the yarns,then sizing properties and sizing effect were analysed. According to the experimental re- sults, sizing formula that suites for kapok/cotton fiber blended yarn was PVA1799 （--30%）,JS-2 （-20%） ,FZ-2（--50%）.
