摘　　要：河南省固定资产投资高速增长,对经济增长的拉动作用不断增强,呈现高投资高增长态势,属于典型的投资拉动型经济增长模式。但是投资效益不断走低,预示河南省正在进入工业化的新阶段,正在由高速增长阶段向次高速增长阶段过渡,投资结构、产业结构、经济布局亟待调整升级,经济转型亟待加快。要加快经济转型必须加快投资转型。在强化投资拉动基础上,注重投资、消费、出口的协调拉动,不但要扩大投资的规模,还要提高投资效益,加快投资结构和产业结构调整优化升级,优化投资环境,激活民间投资,吸引外来投资,加强基础设施建设投资,促进经济持续稳定健康快速发展。The investment in fixed assets of Henan province high speed growth, role in driving economic growth increases ceaselessly, show high investment high growth situation, belong to typical investment - led model of economic growth. But the investment benefit of Henan province continued, that is entering industri- alized new level, being composed of a phase of rapid growth to time of high - speed growth stage, the invest- ment structure, industrial structure, economic layout to adjust upgrade, to accelerate economic transition. To accelerate economic transition must accelerate investment in transition. On strengthening investment basis, pay attention to investment, consumption, export coordination pull, not only to expand investment scale, but also improve investment beneficial result, accelerate investment structural adjustment of industrial structure and optimize upgrade, optimize the investment environment, activation folk invests, attract foreign invest- ment, strengthen infrastructure construction investment, to promote sustained and steady economic health rap- id development.
