摘　　要：楚荷的长篇小说《苦楝树》一反先前反映国企改革的小说叙事模式,以普通工人的视角取代大刀阔斧进行国企改革的领导的视角,透过改革这个宏大叙事题材展示了社会转型时期人情的善良和人性的复杂,以底层工人的温情和苦难揭示了工厂文化这个以往被改革所忽视的精神力量对工人的支柱性作用;它不仅开启了改革小说的新动向,而且展示出作家积极参与社会历史进程的姿态。Chu He＇s long novel of Melia Azedarach, who against the previous novel narrative modes of state - owned enterprises reform, taking perspective of ordinary workers instead of leadership of state - owned enterprisereform broadly, shows the good and complicated humanity in society transition period through grand narrative theme of reform; as well as reveals factory culture, whose spirit strength were always ignored by reform, on workers＇positive role by the warmth and suffering from bottom life workers. This novel not only opens a new trend for reform novels, but also shows writers＇attitude to participate actively in social and historical process.
