摘　　要：石纪虎博士《股东大会制度法理研究》一书从政治学的视角对股东大会制度进行了诠释,并在此基础上揭示了现行公司法中股东大会规则设计上所存在的的理论缺陷,为全面认识公司法律制度提供了有益的尝试。该书不仅在研究方法上具有一定的范式意义,而且对相关实务问题的解决也有一定的指导价值。The book of Study Shareholders Meeting in Jurisprudence, written by Shi Jihu, is making interpretation on shareholders meeting system form political perspective, as well as reveals rule ＇s theory defects of shareholders＇ meeting in current company law, which are provided beneficial new attempt on understanding company law comprehensively. This book is not only an significant paradigm of legal research methods, but also has a guiding value to resolve practical problems.
