3D Parametric Design of Cylindrical Cam Devices based on Pro/E

摘  要:圆柱凸轮分度装置是自动机、半自动机,以及自动线、半自动线中最常见的中低速间歇传动装置。在阐述其工作原理、设计方法、运动形式以及结构形式的基础上,以Pro/E为三维建模工具,讨论了利用Pro/E对装置中各个零部件进行三维建模的基本原理和方法;以圆柱凸轮分度装置的中心距和分度滚子数为已知条件,定义了与其他所有尺寸的参数关系,以二次开发工具PROGRAM为基础,举例阐述了一系列参数化设计的程序和方法,实现了圆柱凸轮分度装置的参数化设计。此参数化设计思路与方法不仅可用于圆柱凸轮分度装置的参数化设计,亦可用于其他凸轮分度装置。The cylindrical cam device is the most common device of medium and low speed intermittent transmis- sion devices in automatic machines, semi- automatic machines, automatic lines, and semi- automatic lines. The basic principles and methods of the use of Pro/E in three - dimensional modeling in various parts of the device are dis- cussed, based on describing the working principle, design method, physical forms and structure forms of the cylindrical cam device. The parameter relationships among center distance, the number of indexing rollers, and other sizes are de- fined by the known condition of center distance and the number of indexing rollers of the cylindrical cam device. A se- ries of procedures and methods of parameter design to achieve the design of cylindrical cam devices are described, based on the secondary development tools PROGRAM. This parameter design ideas and methods not only for cylindri- cal cam design can also be used with other cam devices.
