摘　　要：高尿酸血症的发病率正逐年升高。高尿酸血症可造成关节、肾脏、心脏和眼等损害,已成为继糖尿病后严重危害人们健康的第二大代谢性疾病。高尿酸血症常伴随代谢综合征或其组分的发生,说明这两种疾病之间有密切联系。本文就此作一概要描述,并提出高尿酸血症的营养治疗原则。ABSTRACT The incidence of hyperuricemia （HUA） is increasing year after year. HUA can cause damages of the people＇s joints, kidneys, heart, eye and etc. and has become the second metabolic disease which seriously harms the human health following diabetes. HUA often accompanies with the occurrence of metabolic syndrome or its components, which shows that there is a close link of HUA with metabolic syndrome or its components. This article gives a summary on it and proposes a principle of the nutritional therapy for HUA. KEY WORDS hyperuricemia; metabolic syndrome; nutrition therapy
