摘　　要：日本与我国同属亚洲国家,饮食习惯相近。日本营养立法较早,大型医院广泛采纳团队化的营养支持模式。本文简要介绍日本的营养支持小组诊疗报酬制度及其医疗效果和经济效益,希望对我国临床营养工作的开展有所启示。ABSTRACT Japan and China both belong to the Asian countries with similar dietary habits. The nutritional legislation in Japan was developed earlier and the large hospitals adopt the team nutritional support mode widely. This article gives a simple introduction of the Japanese payment system of the diagnosis and treatment for the nutritional support team and their medical treatment results and economic effect and puts forward the enlightenment of the clinical nutritional work for our country.
