摘 要:目的:了解武汉市公立医院公共卫生部门卫生人力资源现状,发现问题并提出建议。方法:对武汉市50家公立医院公共卫生部门进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果:武汉市公立医院的公共卫生部门人力配置差异较大,平均设置3.35人,其中护士比例为43.3%,专业公共卫生技术人员所占比例不足10%。男女比例为1:3.39,45岁以上从业人员占47.4%。从业人员以本科学历为主,占40.7%。结论:积极转变观念,加大对公立医院公共卫生部门的投入;提高工作人员自身专业素质;加强运营机制建设,完善规范机制,促进公立医院公共卫生部门和临床科室的协作,健全监管和激励机制。Objective: The aim of this study is to analysis the status of the public health departments of the public hospitals in Wuhan, finding the problem and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.' Methods: By using field investigation, the public health departments of 50 public hospitals in Wuhan had been accepted the questionnaire survey, and in the analyzing period the statistical methods was used to data analysis. Results: The average of the departments was %35, among whom, the nurse own 43.3% while the professional public health personnel possess less than 10%. And the number for the employees over the age of 45 accounted for 47.4% of the proportion of the total. Employees had bachelor degree were taken dominate role with 40.7% among all people. Conclusion: Make sure to change the concept about the public health department in public hospital, and strengthen the investment .Improve the professional quality of the employees. Strengthen the mechanism construction operation, to improve the standard mechanism, to promote public health departments and clinical departments of cooperation, and also to perfect the supervision and incentive mechanism.
