摘　　要：目的:探讨武汉市某重点高校教师健康状况,为提高教师健康水平提供依据。方法:对某高校1210名教师体检结果与标准医学诊断进行比较分析。结果:97.36%的教师查出身体异常,个体存在多种疾病并存的现象,慢性病多发;总体看男性高血脂、高血压、脂肪肝疾病查出率高;女性妇科疾病查出率高;但56岁以上组男女教师高血脂、高血压、心血管异常都比较显著。结论:高校教师健康状况不容乐观,且与性别、年龄存在密切关系。Objective： To explore health status of university teachers in Wuhan, provide the basis to raise the level of teachers＇ health. Methods： 1210 university teacherst examination results were compared with standard medical diagnosis. Results： 97.36% of teachers were screened physical abnormalities, a variety of diseases coexisted for individual, and a significant incidence of chronic diseases; In the whole, male teachers have a high prevalence rate in high blood lipids, hypertension, fatty liver, etc; female teachers have a high prevalence rate in the gynecological disease; but in the age group above 56, male and female teachers both have a significant prevalence rate of high cholesterol, hypertension and cardiovascular abnormalities. Conclusion： The health status of university Teachers investigated is not optimistic, there is a close relationship with gender and age.
