《周易》“贲”卦与医院形象塑造刍议

摘　　要：《周易》思想对现代管理学研究具有高度的理论指导和实践应用价值,应倡导各级管理者在管理过程中研究和运用。通过对《周易》"贲"卦义理内涵探析,提出"文饰之道"的观点,分析其与医院形象塑造之间关系及运用,说明医院形象塑造对医院的重要性。并分析"贲"卦各爻义理,引申为从医院环境形象、医院服务形象、医务人员形象、医院社会形象及医院形象注重内在素质塑造等五大方面对如何开展医院形象塑造进行阐述。Zhouyi can be of great theoretical guidance and practical application value to the study of modern management science. The author advocates that the managers at all levels study Zhouyi and apply it into practice to improve the management level. Through the connotations of the divinatory symbols of Bi in Zhouyi, the viewpoint of ＂the way of glozing＂ is puting forward. The application of ＂the way of glozing＂ and the relationship between the image-building of hospital and ＂the way of glozing＂ are analyzed, then through the theoretical analysis of Yao of the divinatory symbols of Bi, to provide reference to the image-building of hospital from five aspects of the hospital environment image, service image, the image of hospital medical staff, hospital social image and the hospital internal quality.
