体外受精-胚胎移植治疗周期女性血清催产素水平变化的初步分析

摘  要:目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗过程中催产素(OT)水平的变化及其与妊娠结局的关系。方法:本中心接受IVF-ET治疗的患者41例,分别于Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日、ET术后3min采血,测定血清催产素水平。结果:患者Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日OT水平升高有显著性差异(P<0.05);患者ET日、ET术后OT水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);妊娠组(n=20)和非妊组(n=21)之间在Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日和ET日术后OT水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:IVF-ET助孕治疗可引起患者血清OT水平的升高;OT水平与妊娠结局无显著相关性;ET手术不导致患者血清OT水平的升高。Objective: To investigate the change serum oxytocin (OT) level in the patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment and study the influence of OT concentration on IVF-ET clinical outcome. Method: Forty -one patients undergoing the long-term stimulating ovulation were chosed randomly from the outpatients in our center. Serum OT concentration was measured from the blood samples collected on the Gn starting time, HCG administration time ( HCG-day), ET time and 3 minutes after ( ET-3m) the embryo transfer, respectively. Result: The increasing of OT level had significant indication( P〈0.05 ) on Gn start/ng time, HCG- time and ET-3m. However, OT concentration had no difference ( P〉0.05 ) between ET time and ET- 3minutes after the transfer. Comparing the pregnancy group (n=20) and non-pregnancy group (n=21 ), OT level showed no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion: The IVF-ET treatment may lead to an increase in OT concentration. ET procedure may not cause an elevation in OT level. OT concentration during IVF-ET treatment is not significantly related to the clinical outcome.
