摘 要:利用杂交水稻7个不育系和6个恢复系按7×6NCII设计配制42个杂交组合,对茎蘖成穗性状(茎蘖数、有效穗数和成穗率)的配合力及其遗传关系进行分析。结果表明,亲本的基因加性效应对杂种F1茎蘖成穗性状的形成起主导作用,但有效穗数和成穗率的基因非加性效应也较明显;F1茎蘖成穗性状受父本影响要比母本大,茎蘖数、有效穗数和成穗率的狭义遗传力分别为54.41%、33.07%和52.89%;F1各性状亲本间SSR标记遗传距离与双亲一般配合力效应值之和呈极显著或显著相关(相关系数介于-0.697~0.614),而与特殊配合力效应之间不存在明确的对应关系,两者相关性仍有待于进一步地探讨。The combining ability and their genetic relationship of tillering characters, including tillers per plant (TPP), panicles per plant (PPP) and productive tillers percentage (PTP), were investigated by means of 7 × 6 diallel crossing method with 7 sterility lines and 6 restorer lines of hybrid rice. The results showed that all tillering characters were mainly controlled by additive effect, but PPP and PTP were also affected by non- additive effect. Three tillering characters were influenced by restorer lines more greatly than by sterile lines, and the restricted heritability of TPP, PPP and PTP were 54.41%, 33.07 % and 52.89 % respectively. The correlations between genetic distance (GD) based on SSR marker and the sum of two parent' s general combi- ning abilities for three tillering characters were significant, and the coefficients of correlations ranged from - 0.385 to 0.614. However, the correlations of GD with special combining ability were not significant, which needs further study.
