摘 要:合成了2种聚丙烯酸酯类侧链液晶聚合物,用氢原子的核磁共振图谱(1 H-NMR)确定其结构,用飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)表征其分子质量,并采用热失重(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究它们的热稳定性和相转化温度;同时也研究了这2种聚合物在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)成核过程中的效果.结果表明,所合成的2种侧链液晶聚合物可分别提高LDPE的结晶度10.9%和10.0%,且可以很好地改善LDPE的结晶行为和表面形貌,是LDPE有效的成核剂.Systematic investigations of the synthesis,characterization and applications of side chain liquid crystalline polymers have dramatically been increased.But their uses as the nucleating agents for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) had not been investigated.In this paper,two side chain liquid crystalline polymers were synthesized and their applications as the nucleating agents for LDPE were also investigated.The characterization results from DSC and TGA showed that,both the two polymers could increase the crystallinity of LDPE,and the highest could reach 109% which indicated that they were efficient nucleating agents for LDPE
