摘 要:为了给优质香稻品种选育提供依据,应用表型主成分分析法,对44份太湖地区香稻品种主要品质指标进行了相关和聚类分析。结果表明,稻米品质性状间存在着错综复杂的相关关系。在选出的5个影响稻米品质的主成分因子中,粒型因子、碾米品质因子和外观品质因子的累积贡献率占到了65.67%。聚类分析结果表明,44份香稻种质材料可分为3大组群,显示出遗传距离较近,遗传基础狭窄的特点。太湖地区香稻品种的优质育种,应注重碾米品质、粒型的选择,降低垩白性状,增强适口性,从而达到提高稻米品质的育种目标。In order to provide the basis of high鄄quality aromatic rice breeding, major grain quality traits of 44 aromatic rice varieties from Taihu Lake area were studied by phenotypic principal component analysis. The results showed that there existed complex relationship among grain quality traits. Five principal component factors affecting grain quality were selected, among which the cumulative contribution rate of grain shape, milling quality and exterior quality to grain quality was 65. 67%. Cluster analysis revealed the 44 aromatic rice varieties could be classified into 3 groups according to genetic distance, indicating the small genetic distance and narrow genetic basis. It was suggested that grain shape and milling quality should be particularly considered in aromatic rice grain quality breeding in Taihu Lake area, which could decrease chalkiness, increase cooking quality and improve the rice quality.
