摘 要:为探讨不同有机酸化剂——苹果酸对断奶仔兔生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取90只断奶獭兔随机分成3组:基础日粮组(I组,CK);基础日粮+0.20%苹果酸组(Ⅱ组);基础日粮+0.40%苹果酸组(Ⅲ组)。断奶仔兔试验结束时空腹质量和日增重3种处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组断奶仔兔腹泻频率比Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组均降低2.46个百分点;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组死亡率分别比Ⅰ组降低20.00个百分点和7.50个百分点;Ⅱ组粗蛋白质、无氮浸出物的表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(CK)(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组血清尿素氮含量比Ⅰ组(CK)分别降低29.93%(P<0.05)与19.23%(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组谷草转氨酶比I组分别提高68.70%(P<0.05)与35.80%(P<0.05)。表明日粮中适量添加苹果酸可提高断奶仔兔生产性能、营养物质的表观消化率,有利于饲料中蛋白质的消化,从而能提高机体蛋白质合成利用率。Abstract: In order to determine the effect of dietary malic acid on the growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum indices of weaned rex rabbit, ninety weaned rex rabbits were randomly allocated to three groups, group Ⅰ (CK) , basal diets, group Ⅰ , basal diets +0.2% malie acid, and groupⅢ, basal diets +0.4% malic acid. There was no significant difference in final body weight and daily weight gain among three groups at the end of the experiment( P 〉0.05 ). The diarrhea frequency of weaned Rex rabbit in group Ⅱ was 2. 46 percent point lower than those in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ. The death rates of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ decreased by 20. 00 percent point and 7.50 percent point than that in group Ⅰ . The digestibility of crude proteins and nitrogen-free extract in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ( P〈0.05 ). The serum urea nitrogen (SUN) concentrations in group Ⅱand groupm were 29.93% and 19.23% lower than that in group Ⅰ (P〈0. 05 ) , respectively. The aspartate aminotransferase(GOT) in group Ⅱand group Ⅲ were 68.70% and 35.80% higher than that in group Ⅰ(P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. The results suggested that proper addition of dietary malic acid could improve production performance and nutrient digestibility of weaned rex rabbit, and were beneficial for protein degestion in feed, consequently improving the utilization of protein in organism.
