广谱抗癫痫药托吡酯治疗各型癫痫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妥泰(托吡酯,Topiramate,TPM,)单药治疗癫痫的临床疗效、不良反应及有效剂量。方法:对100例各种类型的癫痫患者进行TPM单药治疗。TPM从小剂量开始,起始量儿童≤20kg者为6.25mg/d,>20kg者为12.5mg/d;成人为25mg/d,根据抽搐控制情况调整药物剂量并观察疗效及不良反应。结果:单药治疗有效率为72%,平均有效维持剂量为94.1mg/d。所有病人不良反应轻微且短暂,多发生于加量期,无1例有因严重不良反应而终止治疗者。Objective To observe Topamax （topiramate Topiramate is indicated as the TPM） monotherapy epilepsy clinical efficacy, adverse reac- tions and the effective dose. TPM monotherapy of 100 patients with various types of epilepsy patients. TPM small dose, the starting amount of chil- dren ≤ 20kg by to 6.25mg / d 〉 20kg by 12.5mg / d; adult 25mg / d to adjust the dose according convulsions control and observe the efficacy and adverse reactions.Result： Monothempy effective rote of 72%, the average effective maintenance dose to 94. 1mg / d. All patients adverse reac- tions were mild and transient, occurred in the dosage period, and no one discontinued treatment due to serious adverse reactions.
