经皮摘除联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突症56例近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:总结经皮椎间盘摘除术联合医用臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选择56例腰椎间盘突出患者进行治疗,共计68个椎间盘,其中L3/49个,L4/545个,L5/S114个。在施行经皮穿刺椎间盘摘除术(PLD)后,注射浓度为40-50mg/L的医用臭氧30-40ml。结果:共治疗56例68个椎间盘,手术成功率100%。治疗显效率32.1%,有效率57.1%,无效率10.7%。本组无严重并发症发生。结论:经皮椎间盘摘除术联合医用臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To summary the short- term therapeutic effect of the treatment for lumbar disc protrusion by percutaneous lumbar diskecto- my with injection of medical ozone. Methods 56 cases with 68 lumbar disc protrusions （L3/4 n= 9, L4/5 n=45, LS/S1 n= 14） were treated. 30 - dotal medical ozone was injected into the nucleus pulposus cavity after percutaneous lumbar discectomy. The ozone is at dO - 50mg,/L. Results 56 patients with 68 discs were treated by percutaneous lumbar diskectomy with injection of medical ozone. The puncture and technical success rate was 100%. The results showed that the curative and effective rate were 32.1% and 57.1%respectively. The ineffective rate was 10.7% . Conclusions The trealment of lumbar disc protrusion by percutaneous lumbar diskectomy combined with injection of medical ozone is a safe and effective method.
