中药“通腑洁肠汤”对不全性肠梗阻结直肠癌术前肠道准备的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药"通腑洁肠汤"对结直肠癌患者术前肠道准备的安全性,有效性及其临床意义。方法:术前随机给予83例不全性肠梗阻的结直肠癌患者口服中药"通腑洁肠汤"或磷酸钠盐电解质液肠道准备,前者为中药组42例,后者为对照组41例。对比两者肠道清洁度,肠道准备过程中及术后并发症。结果:中药组肠道清洁程度达到优者(Ⅰ级)36例,良(Ⅱ级)4例,一般(Ⅲ级)1例,差(4级)1例,优良率达95.24%,对照组各级病例数分别为34例、3例、1例和3例,优良率为90.24%,两组优良率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。两组肠道准备过程中并发完全性肠梗阻、肠穿孔、水电解质紊乱、术后并发吻合口漏、切口感染的病例数分别为0例、0例、0例、0例、1例和3例1例、0例、1例、2例。两组并发症发生率有显著差异,P<0.05.结论:中药"通腑洁肠汤"对不完全性肠梗阻的结直肠癌患者具有良好的肠道清洁作用,且并发症少,值得推广采用。Objeelive： To explore the security, availability and significance of ＇Tongfu Jiechang Soup＇ for bowel preparation in Colorectal Cancer patient. Method： 83 patients Colorectal Cancer patients accompany with partial ileus received ＇Tongfu Jicchang Soup＇ or oral liquid of sodium phosphate ran- domly. Then the enteric cleaness and the complication during the intestinalpreparation and postoperation in the two groups were observed and com- pared. Results： InChinese drug group, 36 patients got them enteric cleaness perfect, 4 patients got them enteric cleaness fine, 1 patient got them enteric cleaness middling and 1 patient got them enteric mess. The fineness of Chinese drug group is 95.24%. In control group, 34 patients got them enteric cleaness perfect, 3 patients got them enteric cleaness fine, 1 patient got them enteric cleanessmiddling and 3 patient got them enteric mess. The fineness of control group is 90.24%. There is no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. In chinese drug group, only 1 patient got inci- sion infection. In control group, 3 patient got ileus, 1 patients got perforation, 1 patient got postoperative stomal leak, 2 patients got incision infec- tion. Conclusion： Chinese drug cleaning bowel of Coloreetal Cancer patient is good. A little complication will happen. It is worth to extend.
