健脾渗湿汤加减治疗母乳性腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自创健脾渗湿汤加减治疗母乳性腹泻的疗效。方法:将116例母乳性腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组为口服:双歧杆菌活菌制剂,蒙脱石散,促进调整肠道菌群、消化及止泻对症治疗者;观察组为口服自拟汤药治疗者。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于口服西药组。Objective： To observe Diarrhea the self Jianpishenshitang decoction for treatment of breast milk. 116 cases of breast milk diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 58 cases each. Control group for oral administration： Bifidobacterium bacteria pretxaration, montmorillonite powder, and promote the adjustment of the intestinal flora, digestion, and antidiarrheal symptomatic treatment; obser- vation group for oral self- intended him for the medical treatment.Results： The total efficiency was significantly superior to oral medicine group.
