经前路手术治疗胸椎骨折围术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨经前路手术治疗胸椎骨折围术期的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析31例胸椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果:31例胸椎骨折患者行经前路手术治疗及经精心护理,无1例发生褥疮、泌尿、呼吸系统和切口感染,无1例因卧床时间过长而发生下肢关节挛缩。结论:围手术期护理可提高胸椎脊髓损伤手术成功率,减少并发症,促进功能恢复。Objecfive： To investigate the treatment of thoracic vertebra fracture by anterior operation perioperative nursing methods. Methods： Collected in March 2011 - 2012 in December admitted to our hospital orthopedic clinical data of 31 cases of patients with thoracic fractures, retro- spective analysis of relevant information. Results： 31 cases of thoracic vertebral fracture were treated with anterior cervical operation treatment and careful nursing, 1 cases without bedsore, urinary, respiratory system and incision infection, 1 cases with no bed time is too long and contracture of joints of lower limbs. Conclusion ： the science of peri operation period nursing care is to improve the success rate of operation, reduce complications of thoracic spinal cord injury, an important means to promote the function recovery.
