摘  要:以小黑杨伐根为砧木,提纯小黑、小黑14、银中杨、山新杨、青山杨为接穗,采用韧皮部插接法嫁接更新小黑杨林带。结果表明:以小黑系列为接穗嫁接效果较好,成活率最高,达90%以上,高生长量达90cm以上;青山杨与银中杨效果较差,尽管青山杨生长量较高,但其成活率最低,二者成活率都不到50%;山新杨嫁接效果介于上述两者之间,成活率为70%左右,高生长量次于青山杨。Taking stumps of Populus simonii M Populus nigra as rootstock, scion of Populus simonii X Populus nigra ,Populus simonii X P. nigra , Populus alba N Populus berolinensis , Populus davidiana N Populus bolleana Loucne,Populus pseudo-cathayana X Populus deltoides were purified. Forest belt of Populus sirnonii N Populus nigra were grafted by adopting phloem plugging method. Result shows that: taking series of Populus simonii N Populus nigra as scions can obtain obtimal result, and their survival rate are the highest, being above 90% ; their growth of tree height are above 90 cm; effect of Populus pseudo-cathayana X Populus deltoides ~ Populus alba X Populus berolinensis are poor;although the growth of Populus pseudo-cathayana X Populus deltoides are higher,its survival rate are the lowest,the survival rate of the two are less than 50 % ;grafting effect of Populus davidiana X Populus bolleana Loucne is between the two,and its survival rate are about 70%, and its growth of tree height are second to Populus pseudo-catha yana X Populus deltoides.
