摘  要:研究利用幼鳗、稚鳖和鱼苗专用微粒子3种配合饲料分别对体长为15、20和25mm规格的美洲鲥鱼苗进行驯化试验。结果表明:美洲鲥鱼食性驯化苗种成活率达65.94%~79.06%,其中有90%~95%的美洲鲥鱼生长良好,正常转食。驯食体长为15mm的苗种用鳗鲡幼鳗配合饲料取得最好的经济性状,驯食体长为20mm的苗种用稚鳖用配合饲料取得最好的经济性状,驯食体长为25mm的苗种用鱼苗专用微粒子配合饲料取得最好的经济性状,在20mm时是美洲鲥鱼驯食较好时机。American shad(Alosa sapidissima) fry of 15, 20 and 25 mm length were used in a feeding experiment involving three kinds of compound feed including elver feeds, young trionyx feeds and special micro-particle diets, respectively. The results showed that survival rate of the fry ranged from 65.94% to 79. 060//00, and 90% to 95% of the survivals grew well on each of the feeds. We observed the best growth status of the fry of 15, 20 and 25 mm when they were fed elver feeds, young trionyx feeds and special micro-particle diets, respectively. In general, the American shad (Alosa sapidissima) fry of 20 mm occurred with the highest survival rate and the best growth status during the acclimatization of feeding habit.
