中西医结合治疗慢性葡萄膜炎55例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将55例葡萄膜炎患者随机分为治疗组27例48眼,对照组28例45眼。治疗组:常规西医治疗的基础上应用中药辨证治疗。对照组:常规西医治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为89.6%(43眼),治愈率为25.0%(12眼);对照组有效率为75.6%(34眼),治愈率为8.9%(4眼)。治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性葡萄膜炎疗效较好,能减少并发症、减少复发、充分发挥中药治疗本病的优势。Purpose：We observe the clinical curative effect of chronic uveitis in application of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods：55 uveitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 27 cases in 48 eyes ,and the control group 28 cases in 45 eyes. The treatment group：TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment application on the basis of normal western medicine ther- apy . The control group： conventional western medicine therapy. Results： The treatment group：the efficient rate is 89.6% （43 eyes）,and the cure rate is 25.0% （12 eyes）;The control group：the efficient rate is 75.6%（34 eyes）, and the cure rate is 8.9% （4 eyes）. The treatment group compared with controls, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The urative effect of chronic uveitis treat- ment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is good, which can reduce the complications, reduce the recurrence, and give full play to the advantages of Chinese herbal medicine in treating the disease.
