摘 要:微电网具有包容性、灵活性、定制性、经济性和自治性的特点,它作为大电网的有效补充及可再生能源的有效利用形式,发展潜力巨大。为了对以光伏发电为代表的微电网项目进行经济性分析以案例分析的形式来对现行微电网的经济运行进行评估和计算,提出了适合微电网发展的成本回收模式;同时根据微电网参与市场的程度等因素,分析了运营过程中的收益框架设计,并对基本收益、合理折旧方式,项目的财务盈利能力等进行详细论证分析。Micro-grid has many characteristics, such as inclusive, flexibility, customization, economic and autonomy etc. The development potential of micro-grid is very huge as a supplement of large power grid and a form of using renewable energy.In order to the economical analysis of micro-grid project represented by the photovohaic power generation, an approach to case study is made based on the transaction cost theory of institutional economics, an reasonable cost recovery model for the development of micro-grid is proposed.Meantime based on the factors like the participation in the market of micro-grid, the proceed framework is designed in the operational process, the basic proceed, the reasonable way of depreciation, the analysis of financial profitabihty, etc. are discussed.
