摘 要:采用一种新型高精度恒压频比控制,可在全速范围内补偿定子电阻压降,并根据负载变化补偿电机转速跌落,使电机在全速下输出较大转矩并能精确跟踪给定速度。创新性地在复频域中推导激磁电压与定子电压的数值关系,并在电机低速和高速运行下分析激磁电压矢量和定子电压矢量间的关系,得出当两者夹角大于90°时系统不稳定,同时计算出在全速范围内系统稳定时转差频率的取值范围。在复频域中画出激磁电压、激磁电流及转矩电流随转差频率变化的矢量轨迹和系统的稳定域。最后通过实验验证了电机输出转速的准确性和系统的稳定性。The new V/F control algorithm is used in induction machine, which auto-boosts stator vohage command and compensates decreased speed error due to sudden load change.This method can force the motor output large torque and follow the set-point speed precisely.The relationship between induced voltage and stator voltage are deduced and analyzed in complex area.When the included angle is more than 90°,the system shows instability.The slip frequency of the drive is calculated when the system is stable.The relationship among induced voltage,induced current and torque current with the change of slip frequency and the stable area are drawn in complex area.The experimental results validate the accuracy of the speed and the stability of the system.
