摘 要:以计算流体力学的FLUENT软件为工具,在全焊接板壳式换热器整体温度分布数值模拟的基础上,对过热蒸汽入口处的板束温度分布进行了分析.研究了入口处的质量流速、入口直径与板束间温差应力的关系.结果表明:在设计时,开孔率在70%左右较为合适,质量流速应在保证工艺要求的情况下尽可能减少.这对解决全焊接板壳式换热器入口处温差应力过大导致的破坏问题具有一定的参考价值.Based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics and the numerical simulation of the overall temperature distribution on a fully welded plate type heat exchanger, temperature distribution of superheated steam at the entrance of plates was analysed detailedly. The relationships between mass flow-rate at the entrance, inlet diameter and thermal stress were investigated. It is concluded that the opening rate should be about 70% and the mass flow-rate should be reduced as much as possible under the condition that technology requirements are satisfied. The results provide some reference to solve the problem of excessive thermal stress, which may lead to the destruction at the entrance of plates of a fully welded plate type heat exchanger.
