摘　　要：二战后,中韩两国都启动了经济、社会现代化和政治民主化的历史进程。这个历史进程是在"先进—落后"二元结构国际环境当中启动和推进的,而来自发达国家的示范效应又是全方位的。这种状况使中韩两国的政治发展进程充满了东西和古今政治价值之间的冲突与融合。After World War II,China and South Korea have launched the historical process of economic and social modernization and political democratization,which was started and promoted in the background of 'advanced-backward' dual structure of international environment,and there was a full range of demonstration effect from the developed countries.This situation makes the process of political development in China and South Korea to be full of political value conflicts and introject between East and West,ancient and modern.In this paper,we discussed several questions as follows: how the conflicts between foreign and local values,traditional and modern values happen,whether they are capable of introjecting a new value system,and if possible,what are the main variables,and so on.
