摘  要:目的:研究杭州地区一起新生儿腹泻疫情A组轮状病毒(RV)的VP7基因型。方法:收集杭州某医院2011年7月-2011年8月住院的新生儿腹泻粪便标本10份。采用轮状病毒抗体胶体金试剂盒快速检测RV抗原,荧光RT-PCR方法检测RVRNA,并用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法以及巢式聚合酶链反应(net-PCR)进行RV VP7基因分型。结果:检出3份阳性标本,阳性率30%。RV VP7(G)血清型为G1G4G9混合型。结论:此次杭州地区新生儿腹泻疫情RV VP7(G)血清型为G1G4G9混合型。Objective : To investigate molecular epidemiologic features of rotavirus (RV) infection in infantile diar- rhea in Hangzhou area. Methods: Stool specimens of 10 infants with suspected acute viral enteritis in the July and August of 2011 were collected. RV(group A) was detected by using latex agglutination test(LAT). Then the RNA of the vinJs was determined with real - time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR). Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR) and nest polymerase chain reaction ( net - PCR) were per- formed to identify rotavirus VP7 genotypes. Results: Rotavirus was detected from 3 out of 10 (30%) specimens. A- mong 3 strains of rotavinus performing with G typing, 3 strains( 100% ) were GIG4G9 mix type. Conclusion: The G1G4G9 mixed type was the serotype of RV VP7 (G) leading to the infantile diarrhea outbreak.
