摘  要:目的:为了测定田鱼干中的铅和镉。方法:以2-[(5-溴-2吡啶)偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)作螯合剂,在pH 7.0时,用T riton X-114非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取富集样品溶液中铅和镉,并与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测技术联用测定铅和镉。结果:铅含量在00.00μg/L~50.00μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9990,最低检出限为0.11μg/L,镉含量在00.00μg/L~5.00μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9989,最低检出限为0.04μg/L。结论:用该法测定田鱼干(高盐基体样品)中铅、镉的含量,方法的精密度和准确度及线性关系均比较满意,避免了大量基体的背景干扰,最大程度发挥各分析仪器的检测效能。Objective:To determine the level of lead and cadmium in dried paddy- field- fish. Methods: Un- der pH 7.0, the levels of lead and cadmium were determined by graphite - furnace atomic absorption spectrometry technology with enrichment of lead and cadmium in the sample solution by cloud point extraction using 2 - [ (5 - bromine-2 pyridine) azo] -5 -diethylaminophenol (5 -Br- PADAP) as chelating reagent and TritonX- 114 as non -ion surfactant. Results: The lead in the range of 0.00 μg/L- 50.00 μg/L showed good linear relationship, with correlation coefficient of 0. 9990 and the minimum detection limit was 0.11 μg/L; the cadmium in the range of 0.00 μg/l,- 5.00 μg/l, showed good linear relationship, correlation coefficient was 0. 9989, the minimum detec- lion limit was 0.04 μg/l,. Conclusion: The method is used to determine lead and cadmium in dried paddy -field - fish ( High salt matrix sample) ; the precision and aceuraey of the method, the linear relationships are quite satis- fied, avoiding a lot of matrix background interference, maximizing the analysis instrument testing effieieney.
