国产心脏起搏器Qinming 2312S/M临床应用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察国产Qinming 2312S/M型心脏起搏器的功能、应用特点及随访参数,并与进口起搏器相比较。方法对25例安装Qinming 2312S/M起搏器的患者进行术后即刻和术后3个月、6个月随访起搏参数变化进行记录,并与其它三组(各25例)分别安装进口单腔起搏器美敦力RES01、圣犹达2402或百多力Axios S的患者相应的起搏参数进行比较,随访患者病情以及起搏参数变化。结果 4组患者手术即刻和术后3个月、6个月的起搏参数(包括起搏阈值、阻抗和波幅)相互之间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论国产Qinming 2312S/M起搏器的临床疗效不亚于同类型进口起搏器。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the single chamber pacemaker Qinming 2312S/M through comparing the pacing parameters among Qinming 2312S/M, Medtronic RES01, ST. Jude 2402, and Biotronic Axios S in follow-up. Methods Twenty-five cases of installing Qinming 2312S/M pacemaker patients undergoing operation immediately and after 3 months, 6 months follow-up pacing parameters were recorded, and the other three groups respectively installed single chamber pacemaker Medtronic RESO1, ST. Jude 2402 and Biotronic Axios S were also in follow-up. The pacing parameters in these four groups were compared. Results The difference in pacing parameters which included the pacing threshold, impedance and wave amplitude was not significant in the four groups during follow-up （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of pacemaker Qinming 2312S/M is not less than those imported pacemakers.
