茶皂素的提取研究

摘　　要：采用一种新的提取工艺“一水二醇”法 ,对江西宁都油茶枯中茶皂素的提取进行了研究 ,选择了较好的工艺参数 ,使茶皂素提取率达 12 %以上。对提取过程中脱脂、脱色和产品精制工艺进行了实验研究 ,制得的茶皂素粗品色泽好 ,纯度达 85%以上。利用所得的精制茶皂素制备了水解完全的二级水解皂苷元。The extraction of tea saponin from the cake of Camellia oleifera seeds from Ningdu county in Jiangxi province is studied by use of such a kind of new techniques as “one water two alcohols” method, which provides a series of optimized parameters and results in the extraction rate reaching over 12%. Such technical problems as defatness, decolorization and purification are solved a bit better, which leads to the preparation of tea saponin with good color and purity attaining higher than 85%. A protosapogenin is prepared after the purified tea saponin is hydrolyzed completely.
