球囊辅助栓塞治疗31例宽颈动脉瘤的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨球囊辅助栓塞治疗宽颈动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:选取宽颈动脉瘤患者69例,随机分为两组,其中A组38例,B组31例。A组患者给予支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗,B组患者给予球囊辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗。对两组患者栓塞情况以和预后情况进行统计和比较。结果:A组患者完全栓塞率、次全栓塞率和预后良好率分别为86.84%、13.16%和76.32%;B组分别为90.32%、9.78%和77.42%。两组患者治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:球囊辅助栓塞治疗在栓塞效果以及患者预后方面与支架辅助治疗比较,差异无统计学意义,但是两组治疗方法各有优缺点。笔者认为,在对患者进行治疗时应根据情况进行合理选择。Objective The aim of this research to investigate the eilincal effect of embolizing treatment of wide - necked aneurysms pa- tients with balloon remodeling technique. 69 wide - necked aneurysms patients were divided into tow groups. Methods There are 38 patients in A group and 31 patients in B group,and there is no significant difference between the tow groups accordding to general information,so they have comparability（P 〉 0.05 ）. Patients in A group were taken coil embolizing treatment with stent remodeling technique, and the Pa- tients in B group were taken＇coil embolizing treatment with balloon remodeling, technique. The embolization and the prognosis of the tow groups were analyed and compared. Results The results show that the compeletly embohzation rate, the less embolization rate and the prog- nosis of A group are 86.84% ,13.16% and 76.32% respectively. However,the compelefly embolization rate,the less embolization rate and the prognosis of B group are 90.32% ,9.78% and 77.42% respectively. The therapetical effects of the tow groups have no significant difference,so they ha,~e no statistical significance（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion All that ab^-~e indicated that the effects of embolizing treatment with balloon remodeling technique and embolizing treatment with stem remodeling technique have no statistical significance. However, the tow techniques both have their own advantages and disadvantages. We consider that it is necessary to choose the treatment method based on the patients.
