摘　　要：研制了几种低密度微孔聚氨酯弹性体体系 ,讨论了影响工艺及制品性能的因素 ,介绍了制品的性能。所制备的密度为 0 .3～ 0 .5g/cm3的微孔聚氨酯弹性体具有致密的表皮、较高的撕裂强度及较低的收缩率 ,适用于运动鞋中底、鞋垫、休闲鞋、凉鞋。Several low density microcellular polyurethane e1astomers.systems were prepared.The influence factors were discussed.And the properties of the elastomers were introduced.The microcellular polyurethane elastomers with density 0.3～0.5 g/cm 3 exhibit compact skin,higher tear resistance and markedly lower shrinkage.The elastomer systems are suitable for athletic shoe midsole,insole,casual shoes and sandals.
