摘  要:探讨了 C/C复合材料结构和机械物理性能的特殊性及机械切削加工的特点。用 SEM观察了不同切削条件下切屑的断口形貌。用 5种不同的刀具材料、刀具角度及几何形状相同的刀具 ,在一定的切削工艺参数条件下 ,对该材料进行切削试验。以刀具的前刀面和 /或后刀面的磨损率为判据 ,最佳刀具材料为 YG8。在切削 C/C复合材料的过程中 ,刀具的磨损极为严重。刀具磨损的主要机理是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。Carbon/carbon(C/C) composite is an important advanced friction and structure material used to make aircraft brake disk. This research aimed at optimizing the tool material and cutting parameters for C/C composite cutting. Some machining experiments were performed at the lathe machine. The wear surface morphologies of the machine tools were observed with optic microscopy. Machining chips formed in various cutting parameters were observed with SEM. Heat produced during C/C composite cutting made the tool edge softer. The dominant tool wear mechanism of this cutting process was abrasive wear and adhesive wear. Tools made from tungsten carbide (YG8) worked effectively, while high speed steel was worse, TiC based cemented carbide YT15 and YT30 were not good at cutting C/C composite.
