锌镀层硬度、脆性与微观组织结构的关系

摘  要:对锌酸盐、氯化物、氰化物所得镀层的硬度、脆性及微观组织结构进行了实验对比,并借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析等手段,研究了镀层硬度、脆性与微观组织结构的关系。结果表明:三种镀锌层在结晶晶粒度相近的情况下,硬度和脆性仍有明显的差异,其硬度和脆性是锌酸盐>氯化物>氰化物。对此,根据晶体学原理,探讨了锌镀层硬度、脆性与晶体结构之间的相互关系。Experiments on hardness and embrittlement of zinc deposit from cyanide, zincate bath and potassium chloride bath are compared in this paper. In additon, the relationship among the hardness, embrittlement and microstructure of zinc deposit is investigated by means of SEM and X-ray analysis. The results show that the hardness and embrittlement of zinc deposit from cyanide bath are minimum and those from zincate bath are maximum. Increasing the quantity of brightener with agitating the bath makes the hardeness and embrittlement increasing. It also reveals that the hardness and embrittlement of zinc deposit are closely related to the optimum orientation of the crystal.
