抗骨增生片对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织病理形态影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抗骨增生片对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织病理形态的影响。方法:用木瓜蛋白酶关节腔注射兔实验性膝骨关节炎模型,各组分别用抗骨增生片溶液和生理盐水灌胃4周后,观察软骨组织病理形态。结果:抗骨增生片组软骨病理积分减少,与模型组比较单项及总积分均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:抗骨增生片可通过修复软骨损害起到治疗膝骨关节炎作用。Objective： To observe the effect on pathological morphology of cartilage tissue on knee osteoarthritis of rabbits with Kanggu Zengsheng Tablets.Method： Experimental knee osteoartkritis model rabbits were given papain for intra-articular injection.Each group were taken Kanggu Zengsheng Tablets solution and normal saline by intragastric administration for 4 weeks, then the pathological morphology of cartilage tissue was observed. Result ： The pathological integral of cartilage in Kanggu Zengsheng Tablets group decreased.Compared with the single integral and total integral of the model group, that of the Kanggu Zengsheng Tablets group declined very significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion： Kanggn Zengsheng Tablets could treated knee osteoarthritis through repair of cartilage.
