摘　　要：目的:探讨中文版IOWA婴儿喂养态度量表(IIFAS)的信度与效度,测试其在澳门产妇人群中的适用性。方法:对英文版IIFAS进行中文翻译、英文回译,再对中文版IIFAS进行30例预实验。于2009年12月至2011年12月,对澳门一家公立医院468名华裔产妇在产后3天应用中文版IIFAS进行横断面调查。用SPSS17.0统计软件分析中文版IIFAS的信度和效度。结果:重测信度指标组内相关系数(ICC)为0.85;内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.635。内容效度指数(CVI)为0.996;探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,方差累积贡献率为50.593%。结论:中文版IIFAS具有较好的信度和效度,适用于澳门产妇人群,可以推广应用于评估其婴儿喂养的态度。Objective： To analyze the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale （IIFAS） among Macao postpartum women. Methods： Through the procedure of translation and back translation, we got the preliminary Chinese version of IIFAS. A pretest of 30 cases was conducted to modify the Chinese version IIFAS. Postpartum women （n=468） were investigated from a public hospital in Macao by Chinese version IIFAS 3 days after labor. SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze its reliability and validity. Results： The intraclass correlation coefficient （ICC） for test-retest reliability was 0.85. The Cronbach＇s alpha was 0.635. The content validity index （CVI） was 0.996. Five factors were extracted and accounted for 50.593% of the total variance by exploratory factor analysis. Conclusion： The Chinese version of IIFAS was an acceptable, valid and reliable scale for applying in postpartum women in Macao. It can be applied to assess infant feeding attitude.
